Terms of Service

GENAFT is a professional platform where music creators publish music and videos, access promotion tools, participate in programs, and sell their music directly to listeners.

A Free Member account lets you follow creators, save music, and purchase music. Creator membership is a paid subscription: Core — $5.99/month or Pro — $10.99/month. Memberships renew monthly until cancelled.

The Creator Placement Network (CPN) is a separate professional placement service — $29.99 per approved release campaign. CPN is not a membership plan: it requires an active Core or Pro membership, and a release must pass GENAFT's CPN review before any payment is taken. Submitting for review is free. By submitting, the creator confirms they control the rights and permissions necessary for GENAFT to pitch the release. GENAFT selects industry contacts, conducts outreach and follow-up, and tracks results; the industry contact database is never shared with creators. CPN does not guarantee placement, airplay, licensing deals, acceptance, sales, or income.

Eligible creator music sales are processed through the creator's own connected payment account. GENAFT deducts a 15% platform fee from each eligible sale; the creator receives the remainder directly through their connected account. GENAFT does not hold creator funds in a platform wallet.

GENAFT does not guarantee chart placement, radio airplay, Featured Creator placement, opportunities, sales, income, licensing placement, or any career result. Charts and rankings are generated only from legitimate GENAFT activity and can never be purchased. Creators remain responsible for their own promotion.

You retain ownership of your content. You may only upload music, artwork, and videos you have the rights to share, and you must accurately declare your creation method (AI-generated, AI-assisted, or human-created) and independent status during activation. External licensing/sync submissions occur only with your explicit opt-in and rights confirmation.

Do not upload content that infringes others' rights, manipulate rankings or metrics, or misuse the platform. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that violate these terms.
